WEAKNESS - Some of us are distracted/not consistent and have problem with punctuality. We also acknowledge our spiritual poverty.
OPPORTUNITY - Diversity, Courage to change
THREAT - Relationship, Busyness, Hunger
Proposed Areas to work on :
- Strengthen the leadership team (leaders' boot camp?)
- Institute a small group system
- Equip ourselves for evangelism
- Spend more time in prayer
- Provide better refreshment
- Network with other church YA groups
- Have Interest(& fun)programs catering to prebelievers
